Ella
Welcome to Ella's webspace!
Ella is a fascinating, complex, strong-willed and fun child. She will gleefully catch slugs and refuse to let them "go free", leaving them to bake in the sun, then minutes later care for her stuffed animals with all the compassion of Florence Nightengale. She drags worms out of the dirt as painstakingly as she paints her nails a rosy pink and picks out a rhinstone-studded pink belt to wear with her Hannah Montana hand-me-downs from Maggie.
All about Ella Mae
Ella is short for Eileen. She is named for her Irish kin, great-aunt Eileen and second cousin Eileen. Her middle name is a tribute to Great-Grandma Dorothy and Aunt Amy. She was born two weeks late on August 19 2003 and appeared to have us all on probation while she decided whether it was worth leaving the womb.
